How do I book tickets?

All tickets must be purchased online as we are unable to take bookings by telephone.   Please book via our booking page or via our Facebook Page.

The Booking process is very easy, just few steps, few clicks and you are done.
Chose the type of ticket you want (Standart or VIP) and choose the date you want and the time slot that works for you. Please, take your time to ensure that you have entered all the details correctly as we cannot action refunds or change booking dates. Also please book early as weekends and the week leading up to Christmas Eve fill up very quickly.

Please, note, that children are only allowed in the Grotto if accompanied by at least one adult.
Family tickets are for up to 4 people.

Once you’ve booked, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation for your purchase and a digital ticket with Ref. Number and a bar code. Make sure to bring the ticket with you, either printed or on your phone and show it at the gate to be scanned.

Can I turn up without tickets?

Weekdays there is a chance of entry as it is quieter but the weekends and the week before Christmas will be fully booked very quickly.

Do you deliver trees?

Yes we do, at a cost and only on certain days of the week so please do not expect to have your tree delivered on the day you purchase it.

Do you sell potted trees?

Yes we supply pot grown trees that are grown in their own pot and not dug up and re-potted which most are and do not survive. The largest potted trees we grow are 4ft and potted trees cost between £10 and £40.

Can I pick my own tree in the fields?

Yes, but please bring wellies and suitable clothing as the fields can get muddy and we cannot predict the weather. Also if you pick your own tree, you must wait for 24 hours before taking it inside the house.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, wheelchairs can access all areas.

Can I write a letter to Santa?

Yes, on your journey in the Grotto.

Do you have a café?

Yes hot drinks, burgers, hot dogs, cakes and more are available to take away.

Do you have “Disable Fiendly” days?
